Introduction
Cardrew Joinery is a family run business and is proud to offer a personal level of service, tailored to each of our customers needs.
It was founded in 1996 by Alan Richardson who has over 35 years experience as a joiner. In 1981 he was commissioned to build a spiral staircase, which turned out to be the first wooden spiral staircase of its kind in Cornwall.
Cardrew Joinery was founded after Alan was awarded the contract to supply 2,000 display racks to Cornwall’s leading distributor of tourism material (Seymac Distribution Ltd).
The business operates from premises on Cardrew Industrial Estate and started off in a workshop of 500 square feet. Today there is over 2000 square feet of space at the workshop and all aspects of trade and industry are supplied.
In addition to mass production, Cardrew Joinery also supply to the general public and welcome enquiries.

How We Work
We work closely with our customers to establish all the requirements for each and every job we undertake. We can work from detailed drawings supplied or if necessary, we will call in person to take our own measurements and offer advice and points of consideration for the specific job requirements.
Alternatively, customers can visit us to discuss an idea and we can work together on the project.
